RP TIERS2
Keywords: RPTIERS2
>>Tier-0<< This is the starting level of power. Everyone begins
here. You aren't anything special, but better than your average Joe.
Someone who has studied basic martial arts and has a minor understanding
of how the body works as a weapon, but has not unlocked the true deadly
potential that you possess. Basically, you're Mr. Satan with or without
the afro. Or Goku and Krillin during their training with the Turtle
Hermit in Dragonball.
>>Tier-1<< Alright, now we are getting somewhere! Your character
isn't some chump off the streets, but then again, I wouldn't mess with
any namekian elders anytime soon if I were you. Tier 1 players are
slightly stronger than the starless and should win any fight against
them, but it won't be as easy as you might think. In comparison to the
show, you are about as strong as Tien and Goku at the 22nd martial arts
tournament of Dragonball.
>>Tier-2<< This is the second tier of the RP PL ranking system. By
this point you should have all of the basics of your character pretty
much finalized and should have an overview of where you want to lead
them. Tier 2 power is equivalent to that of Goku and Piccolo at the end
of the 23rd Martial Arts Tournament.
>>Tier-3<< At the third tier of our RP PL scale, the greater
fighters of the universe have finally turned their heads in your general
direction, but you are still nothing more than an insect to them among a
pulsating pile of maggots. A starless and one star might be a little
short of a warm up and a two star would make for a good spar. Those of
the third tier would find themselves an even match for Radtiz. Tier
three is also where the character should notice their first
transformation, thus the significant power level range in this tier.
>>Tier-4<< If you have been following so far, there shouldn't be
any confusion to the level of power hidden within this tier. So far we
have been following the story of Dragonball Z pretty closely and at this
tier your character is about as powerful as Z warriors in their epic
fight against Nappa. At this level your are significantly more powerful
and could challenge an entire Planetary Military, destroy cities and
mountains. Not only able to transform at will, you are able to maintain
the Tier 3 transformation for a longer period of time.
>>Tier-5<< There is a rather significant jump between going from tier
five to tier four but it should be well worth the wait. This massive
jump in power is due to the fact that a character who has reached the
fifth tier of our rp battle system will be able to unlock their second
transformation. In comparison, they are about as strong as Goku when he
faced off against Vegeta after Nappa's defeat. Able to activate your
second form but the sheer power is enough to rip you apart and should
only be used in dire straits.
>>Tier-6<< A long shot away from being starless, characters of the
sixth tier are just shy from living legends. Their travels and battles
have made them true warriors in the eyes of everyone across the universe
and rightfully so. A character within this bracket is roughly the same
power level as Goku when he took down the Ginyu force on Namek. You've
mastered your second form and the power that comes with it. Any battle
commit your full power would be written in the annals of history.
>>Tier-7<< From a silly street punk to one of the most revered names
throughout the known universe, those who have reached this level of
power are truly living legends. All of the strife that they have gone
through up until this point has made them an effective fighting machine,
unlocking the third transformation from within and allowing them to
leave a mark in history. Finishing things up where Akira Toriyama should
have, this leaves them as powerful as the two fighters who laid to waste
the ancient planet Namek, Frieza and his blond haired rival, Goku. Your
power is abosulte and reality bending. Your third transformation, like
the two before it, is truly unstable and doubtfully ever able to be
mastered.
>>BEYOND??<< Some of you may have noticed that this leaves room for
expansion, still. Some races may have more than three transformations,
so on and so forth. The charts of "known" advancement have not been
fully mapped. To those who ask themselves this, this is our answer.
"You're right. They haven't. Who can put a map to the stuff of legend?"
These guidelines are subject to change, and could be altered at any
time. Keep checking up on the rpwiki:

as time progresses. Remember, the most important thing you should know
about RP is that it is fun, and you should just relax and be yourself.
