     Cost   : 800 ki
     Prereq : 'Afterimage Strike' [100%], 'Death Laser' [100%]
     Type   : melee

     During his attempt to absorb Android 17, Cell displayed the Bio
     Impact ability. By infusing his body with ki, he was able to exponentially
     increase the power of his melee strikes and damage even the heavily
     armored Android 16. This ki took on the appearance of a golden
     aura that surrounded his limbs.
