To submit and edit your RPSkillslots (Master Skills) use the
'rpskill# edit' to edit the description of your ability.
'rpskill# submit' to send it to the admins for approval. Replace #
with the skill number you are editing. This process works much in
the same way that the authorization for you biography works, which
you will need before designing your rpskills. Currently the command
only exists for the first rpskill1, but more will be added in the
future.
