  RP Tiers are an exciting new feature of Dragonball: Infinity's
  roleplaying system.  Every character is represented by a tier, going
  from "Starless" (a normal person) to Seven Stars, a person of truly
  legendary power.

  Your tier determines a number of things.  First, it determines the
  power of the special abilities you can gain.  It also determines
  your character's power level in RP-a person with a higher tier
  certainly has a marked advantage over someone with a lower tier.

  Going up in tiers no longer requires you to gain in game powerlevel
  and the only thing determining it is the RP you complete! Gaining
  a bunch of RP Points will help you gain faster too!

  Tiers are also based only off of the specialized Red RPP,
  which is awarded for combat-oriented RPs-so sitting around talking
  won't do anything for you. To see a characters tier, simply rpfinger
  them. Now get out there and have fun! Note: Occasionally red RPP
  might be awarded in other cases besides combat, but most usually
  this comes from combat.
