All racial forms now have a static powerlevel modification of x10.
Whether you are in ssj1, or ssj2, or perhaps even a modifier like
the ghetti's insanity you will not see an increase in your current
powerlevel above x10. This old method has been discarded in favor
of larger stat modifications instead.
For example, if you are in ssj1 you might recieve a strength bonus
of 50%, a speed bonus of 75%, a spirit bonus of 25%, and a fortitude
bonus of 25%. But, when you switch to ssj2 you might then have a
different bonus, like 100%/50%/10%/75%. Most forms that you learn
later will have larger bonuses but some might not affect each stat
the same way.
These increased forms do come with one big caveat... they will be
much more difficult to sustain and will have a pretty radical
drain on your ki reserves. Sustaining your most powerful forms
probably won't be possible over a few fights, or possibly even for
just one fight.
To make up for the lack of powerlevel modification variety the
'powerup' command has been expanded. You can now powerup all the
way from x2 to x8 (help powerup), but likely will not have nearly
the increase in stats you would experience from forms.
Heart and Makyo (for humans and ghettis) has been disabled until
they are able to be reworked.
