DRAGONKNOWLEDGE

Imported from the game’s own help, and only staff can change it — a help file that quietly stops matching the game reads as authoritative and is wrong. If it has changed in game, send the new text through the contact form and somebody will paste it in.

                            Dragon Knowledge

Ranked nameks are able to bring out ancient knowledge within other
fighters. By using the command 'dragonknowledge' <target> you will
give them a short buff (increasing time with rank) that will make
the rate that they learn skills go faster.

The target of Dragon Knowledge must have mastered powerup.

There is no cooldown on this ability for the user or the target.
