____) (________________________________________________________________. (*) Stats are an important part of your characters abilities. You can see what your stats are in your Score, or show them to others through the 'frep' or 'statrep' commands. Your stats are broken into 4 types - Strength (STR), Speed (SPD), Spirit (SPR) and Fortitude (FRT), as well as two other hidden stats Luck (LCK), and Intelligence(INT). Luck is said to play an important role in parts of the game, and unlike other stats, luck can only be enhanced through equipment. Your luck changes day to day, and does not show up on your score. Intelligence is set at a preset unknown number that is equal for all beings upon creation. This number may be modified in unknown ways later or in future systems. Most everyone should be able to train their skills at similar speeds. Your stats in score are shown in two parts: STAT : Current stats( Base stats). Your current stats are a reflection of the current transformation you are in, and your base stats. Base stats are determined through how you fight in battle, or through training via the pushup, shadowbox and situp commands. Stats from Equipment are not reflected as above. Instead, they now work as a stat growth modifier. Put simply, your equipment stats improve how fast you will gain stats. There is no limit to the number of stat points you can gain! You can train to your hearts content and continue to improve forever. Your stat gains will be mostly determined by your actions in combat and the strength of your opponent. Opponents with higher stats will provide you increased stat gains, however there are two factors that limit your stat growth; your relative powerlevel and stats. You will not improve your stats by fighting mobs at greater than 5x their powerlevel. You will not improve your stats against mobs where you have greater than 2x their stats. We have created help statbench to assist your understanding of our stat system. Using physical attacks will help increase your STR and energy attacks will increase your SPR. The style of combat stance you use will also help. All races now receive a boost to their stat gains through Low Life Gains. This will occur at <20 HP. Stats effectiveness caps at x4 the targets stats. (*)_ `-- SEE ALSO: INT, FRT, SPD, STR, SPR, LCK, PUSHUP, SHADOWBOX, SITUP STATBENCH, LLG, STATGAIN
