  An ancient technique of the Kaioshin elders, this skill has no name
  in any language that still exists.  Thus, mortals have come to know
  it as 'mystic'.  Different from all other sorts of powerlevel
  increasing techniques and transformations, this skill works by
  giving a person a profound understanding of their own power,
  enabling them to draw out part or all of their hidden powers at will.
  Those who have mastered this level of power manipulation will find
  that they have no need to, and in fact cannot, undergo their former
  transformations.

  To achieve the Mystic form, many Kaios must train their bodies to near
  perfection. Their physical skills must be made with absolute precision
  and technique.

  Note: Like many other transformations, the Mystic transformation is
  not fully mastered when it is first obtained by Kaioshin, or other
  races. As your proficiency increases with this form you will unlock
  multiple levels from 1 to 3. Each will modify your stats at different
  levels not unlike other transformations.

  This transformation gives a x10 modification to its users' powerlevel.

  The Mystic transformation boosts its users SPR and SPD, over their
  STR and FRT stats.
