   Prereq : Finishing Driver[100%], Power Blitz[100%]
   Type   : Energy

   All types of Android are able to concentrate their energy into their
   fingertips and fire off multiple blasts in a shotgun like effect. While
   this technique is somewhat like a scatter shot technique it is fired
   in a more concentrated cone like shape that concentrates the damage
   into one barrage as opposed to multiple ki blasts like other scatter
   techniques.

   (This technique has replaced SSD bomber for Androids)
