RACIAL RANKS

Racial Ranks are now a part of the DBI experience! Each race has 6
ranking spots for anyone that wants to claim them. These follow a
pattern of:
1 Leader (requires 5b powerlevel to claim)
2 Sub-leaders (requires 1b powerlevel to claim)
3 Officers (requires 250m powerlevel to claim)
All ranks have a 24 hour idle timer, wherein the rank will drop if
the character is not logged for 24 hours. The names of the ranks
will obviously be dependant on race, and each race will receive
specific bonuses. In addition to race-specific bonuses, the
following bonuses are availible to all racial ranks:
*Lowered Ki Heal cost (applicable races only)
*Increased damage to certain skills
*Stat and PL gains bonus based on rank
*Sanctuary (top rank only)
Again, these multi-race bonuses add to any race-specific rank
bonuses a character has. Each race has a specific racerank help file
that can be found by 'help <race>rank'.
Before claiming a racial rank, be sure to read the detailed rules
contained within HELP RANKRULES.
Note: The only ways to remove a racial rank are to either die to a
non-ranked challenger or not log your character for the time period.
Take this into consideration before claiming any racial rank.
