   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Wolf Fang Fist was a technique developed by Yamcha.  In initiating
   the technique, the user crouches down, their right hand above and
   their left hand below the head at an angle, with the palms out.
   Summoning the spirit of the wolf, the user launches themself at
   their opponent, striking them with heightened speed and strength.
