Your powerlevel is a rating of your over all strength, speed, and
skill level. For Androids the terminology is slightly different, but
the same principles apply; techlevel instead of powerlevel.
The higher your powerlevel the better you get at fighting. You can
increase your powerlevel by fighting or sparring with someone. You
can modify your powerlevel with racial transformations, and the
power up/down command. Your gains are also determined by your
powerlevel, among other factors.
