   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Once a Kanassian learns to control their basic psychic energies,
   they soon develop the ability to convert the raw energy of
   their minds into a burst of electricity. This electricity manifests
   from the palm of their hand in a highly concentrated bolt of
   Warp Lightning that electrocutes their enemies.
