   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   This is yet another dirty trick the Icers have come up with.  The
   unfortunate opponent is trapped inside a ball of energy, and batted
   around like a plaything by the Icer.  However, whenever the energy
   ball touches anything but its creator, it explodes...
