   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

  The SSD Bomber or "Special Skill Deadly Bomber" is an attack used
  by the revered Android 13 in Movie 7: "The Three Super Saiya-Jins.
  It is an advanced form attack that uses the most advanced
  technologies known. Compressing a large ball of energy to a much
  smaller size, the user can encompass the ball with a magnetic
  field that chases after its target, leaving little to no room for
  escape from such an advanced technique.

  This move is only available to Super-Androids, and changes depending
  on your active core.

  -E has a paralyze chance
  -H has reduced beats (ability lags less between uses)
  -FM has a knockdown chance.
