   Prereq : Meteor Strike [75%], Holy Crusher [100%]
   Type   : Melee

     The dark technique of the fallen Kai, Zamasu. The Spirit Severance
     ability creates a blade of ki from spiritual power whose cuts inflict
     the judgment of the Kai's upon those they strike. While not the most
     dangerous of techniques among the Kai, when an opening presents itself
     it can be quite lethal.
