   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   Sound blast is a very simple technique developed by the Konatsu race.
   It entails a very small release of energy in the direction of an
   opponent, but in the form of sonic energy instead of pure ki. The
   attack is not very damaging, but often catches opponents off guard
   due to the affect of sound.
