   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Scatter shot launches a barrage of energy balls at a victim. This
   is a very chaotic attack, and has a tendency to use up large
   amounts of energy. Any number of energy balls from one to ten may
   be simultaneously fired with this attack.
