   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   Most of the Hydian ki attacks seemed to be focused around flowers.
   And Rose Cannon is no exception.  By focusing their ki into the
   center of their chest, a Hydian can create a rose shaped ki blast,
   they then use both Of their hands to hurl this deadly yet beautiful
   blast at an opponent.
