   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Using warp lightning and psychically imbued shards, Kanassian's are
   able to slice the dimensions apart in order to bring forth powerful
   rift energy to use against their enemies. The energy first
   crystalizes, before raining down and exploding as blasts of
   telekinetic energy, causing great ruptures that scar the planet.
