  Syntax  : 'sanc'

  Sanctuary is a skill used by the greatest of warriors, both player and
  NPC.  It is the ability to shrug off a certain amount of ki damage as
  though it were nothing.  10% of ki damage to be exact, this move has to be
  activated and can only be used by the top ranking member of each race.
