   Prereq : Shockwave [75%]
   Type   : Energy
   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   By concentrating an intense amount of mental power and ki the Kaio's
   have created a modified eye beam of psionic energy. After collecting
   their powers they fire a raging blast straight into their enemy.
