POWERUP

   Syntax : 'Powerup' [1-8]
            Bio-android ONLY:[prelude, perfect, ultra-perfect]
   Cost   : 100 Ki per Stage
   Prereq : Sense [50%], Meditate [100%]
   Type   : Utility
   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.

   Powerup has been changed to a learnable skill that you'll unlock
   after mastering a few energy controlling and sensing techniques.
   You will be able to go to a trainer and type 'practice powerup'
   once it has appeared on your alist.

   Powerup is accessed much like other racial forms and can be used as
   typing in 'powerup' #, where the number can be anything from 2-8.
   This will increase your powerlevel from by the desired multiplier.

   Each step of powerup will cost you 100ki x desired multiplier.
   IE: Powerup 5 will cost 500 Ki.

   Be careful when you're low on energy while using powerup. Falling
   to zero energy will cause you to revert to base powerlevel.
                                                                                  Powerup is required to be at 100% for any/all transformations to
   be unlocked.

   Bio-androids also unlock a more perfect form of powerup as they
   ascend their forms.
