   A Bio-Android can't absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   The class H Androids have developed a particularly nasty energy
   attack that utilizes their unique energy abilities.  While not
   complex, it does pack quite the punch. The Android charges a mass of
   green energy around their hand before suddenly launching a powerful
   beam at their unprepared foe, sending them reeling.
