   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   Pansy Cannon is the basic attack of the Hydian race, by focusing
   energy into the palm of thier hands, they can fire quick semi-
   powerful blasts of energy.  If used correctly this technique can be
   used to keep your foe off balance. This ability is one of the first
   race skills a Hydian has access to.
