   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can NOT start fights.
   This skill has a chance to paralyze an opponent.

   Utilizing the Kanassian's psychic abilities, the user controls the
   area surrounding their opponents to create a cage of psychic energy,
   trapping them. Once inside, the ball of energy begins to generate
   Warp Static, arcing from the edges of the bubble and through the
   victim until the user collapses the cage around their adversary.
