   Type   : Melee
     A Bio-Android can learn this skill naturally.
     This skill is an in combat skill that can start fights.
     This skill has a chance to paralyze an opponent.

     The Meteor Strike is a deadly skill that combines a furious
     assault with a stunning takedown from the skies that can
     leave many opponents dazed afterward. A great deal of energy
     is required to perform the technique correctly, but can provide
     an opportunity to overwhelm the opponent while they recover.
