   Syntax : 'Meditate'
   Cost   : N/A
   Prereq : This is a fundamental skill, with no prereqs.
   Type   : Utility

   Meditating will put you into a trance that will allow you to focus
   your body and mind.  In this focused state you will gain energy at a
   very fast rate.

   In the past meditate allowed one to gain powerlevel. This function has
   been moved over to the workouts (situp, focuski, etc). Meditate also no
   longer raises your Spirit stat, EXCEPT when under 1,000 spirit OR if you
   are specific races, such as Namek.

   Meditating also serves the purpose of building Zeal for Super Nameks.
