   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   When a demon begins to utilize thier full evil power, they can
   unleash a torrent of tiny energy blasts that still pack quite a
   punch.  This is evident in the Lightning Shower Rain ability used by
   Janemba.  By creating A large amount of tiny blasts, up to 10, the
   demon can unleash a torrent of energy that rivals even the biggest
   blasts.
