   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.

   This technique was used by many warriors, perfected by none.  It
   allows the user to focus energy into someone else, and perform a
   relay of all their spiritual powers. It could end up forcing the
   sender to pass out from exhaustion, becoming completely unconcious.

   While a powerful technique, this in no way comes close to a Namek's
   Ki Heal, in which the namek lends ki to restore life force. Ki
   transfer is merely used to restore another's energy, not their life
   force.
