As with most warrior races, Icers have a heirarchy based on brute
strength and willingness to destroy. An Icers final form, as well as
their ultimate attack, Deathball, has traditionally only been taught
to members of this elite heirarchy; all others can only unlock their
4th form.
Ranked Icers are said to have focused all of their spirit into their
ultimate attack, empowering it to levels beyond the plebeian Icers.
Icerian heirarchy is as follows:

Icer Lord
Icerian Tyrant
