The Icerian homeworld is a bleak, harsh planet that has given rise
to a race of utterly ruthless survivors. Fighting against the
threat of extinction for many millions of years has turned the
Icers into a formidable species. They have learned through time to
manipulate the workings of their bodies, and this allows them to
increase their strength and abilities to quite a dramatic extent.
Most Icers leave their homeworld as soon as they are able, finding
it much more suitable to simply conquer a better planet and make it
their own rather than survive a frigid wasteland.
Known Icers include: Frieza, Cooler, and King Cold
