   As displayed by Frieza and Cooler, Icers can undergo numerous
   transformations, each progressively stranger looking and more
   powerful than the previous. Icers' transformations are outward
   manifestations of the great power they have acquired over time.

   Only Icers who have claimed a racial rank can transcend to their
   5th form, one of the most powerful mods in the game.

   All transformations give a x10 modification to its users' powerlevel.

   Note: Like many other transformations, Icer transformations are
   not fully mastered when they are first obtained. Until fully
   mastering this powerful ability, its user only receives half of
   the increase to their powerlevel.

   Icer transformations boosts its users SPR and SPD, over their
   STR and FRT stats.
