   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Magic-Demons possess many frightening techniques, but none are as
   truely horrific as the attack known as Genocide. This attack may be
   the main reason why these creatures are viewed as cold blooded
   murderers, for the user raises a single palm into the sky to gather
   an immense amount of energy into a massive sphere of ki. One would
   think a Magic-Demon would hurl this toward their opponent, but this
   attack is much more devious. From within the sphere an unimaginable
   amount of beams burst forth to cover an entire area with the sole
   purpose of eradicating every living being in sight. The original
   Magic-Demon, Majin Buu, was even strong enough to be able to use
   this attack to cover the entire planet, wiping the human race from
   the face of the planet within seconds.
