   A Bio-Android can't absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   An Icer can manipulate the temperature around its body in order to
   transform itself. When an icer has achieved a level of control
   beyond that of transformations, they can use excess freezing to
   execute a viscious attack. The low temperatures generated by this
   ability can freeze flowing magma, and freeze a foe solid, giving
   the user the opportunity to shatter their foes without having to
   actually fight.
