   A Bio-Android can't absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   A demon - the true hellspawn and bringer of fire and brimstone is
   capable of manipulating these flames and causing extreme damage to
   his or her opponent.  By concentrating the ki within the demon's
   body into a single point, a demon is able to open a miniscule portal
   to the seventh level of Hell, unleashing the roaring agony in a
   powerful column of raging hellfire, engulfing their opponent in a
   spectacular blast of force and flame.  In many cases, if the
   opponent manages to survive this attack, they are scarred for life,
   as damage to flesh caused by hell's flames does not heal.
