   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   Icers enjoy using many underhanded attacks, hoping to catch their
   enemies by surprise and deal them a painful blow.  Not only can they
   shoot beams of force from their eyes like Nameks, they have also
   created an attack that fires energy from their fingertips.  This
   attack does a fair amount of damage.
