   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Several alien races have the ability to shoot beams from their eyes,
   as well as some types of androids. This ability is fairly weak,
   intended more as a quick, efficient blast than an explosive
   destructive force. This ability was first seen used by Piccolo, then
   later on by several other characters.
