   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   The Ghettis have modified the basic finger beam into an attack they
   find more to their liking. With Energy Beam, they hold their hand
   flat, directing it at their victim. Then, in a glorious flash, a
   beam the size of their hand comes out and goes right through their
   opponent.
