   Cost   : 150/300/500 Ki
   Prereq : Powerup (100%)/Psyflare (100%)/Warpstorm (100%)
   Type   : Utility

  Once A Kanassian Psychic reaches certain levels of power, they can
  tap into the very streams of life that flow through the astral
  planes.  Using these streams a Kanassian can increase thier own
  powers by several times. This power does not come without cost. It
  takes a fair amount of energy to keep up these states.

  Note: Like many other transformations, Kanaassian transformations are
  not fully mastered when it is first obtained. Until fully mastering
  this powerful ability, its user only receives half of the increase
  to their powerlevel.

  All transformations give a x10 modification to a characters powerlevel.

  Kanassian transformations will boost their SPR and FRT, over their
  SPD and STR stats.

  Forms are unlocked at deck levels 5, 10, and 15. Once you reach
  that level then you can thoughtcraft to unlock it.
