   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   One of, if not THE most powerful skill known to the Kanassian psykers
   is Dream Sight. The eyes are an avenue to the invisible world, even
   the blind on Kanassa are capable of sight within the dreamplanes,
   and so the eyes are the greatest doorways to the psychic realms. By
   focusing their energy within the invisible leylines of the unseen
   worlds, a Kanassian can build enough power to destroy entire planets
   before opening their eyes and releasing a stream of raw aether that
   drowns and wreaks havoc upon their foes!
