   A Bio-Android can't absorb this skill.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   This fearsome attack rivals even the famous Death Ball technique in
   terms of damage and is one of the ultimate Icer techniques. The user
   charges a swirling wave of pink energy on their arm and flings it
   upwards, unleashing a tidal wave of death on the unfortunate victim
   and giving the attack its name.
