   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Death ball is the true trump card used by Frieza. He used it to wipe
   out several planets, including Vegeta and Namek. Pointing his index
   finger into the air, an icer gathers a massive amount of energy
   right above that finger, compressing it into a powerful and massive
   ball of death. This attack has been known to kill opponents who are
   even stronger than the user.
