   A Bio-Android can absorb this skill.
   This skill has a chance to blind an opponent.
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

  An ability originating from the Shadow Earth, Darkness Flare is the
  opposite of Solar Flare, although it achieves pretty much the same
  effect. Placing 3 fingers near to both sides of their face, a Demon
  releases a burst of dark energy that floods an area with complete
  and total darkness. This blinds everyone else in the immediate area,
  that isn't able to see in the dark. After using this skill, the
  Demon can make a quick and effective escape.

  Note that using Darkness Flare on another player will activate your
  RED PK flag, which cannot be turned off for an hour.
