   Prereq : Axehandle (75%), Dimension Fist (75%)
   Type   : Energy
   This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

   Cleaver is an attack developed by demons after they began to show up
   out of Hell.  Forming a black blade of ki on the end of thier hand,
   they charge at their enemies and slice deeply into any foes in thier way.
