   This is an in combat skill that can't start fights.

   Wielding beauty in one hand and twisted hideousness in another, the
   most skilled of Hydians to utilize this powerful ability which
   harnesses the very nature of light itself to unleash a devastating
   attack upon their opponents.

   By bending the shape of the light around their hands with an almost
   imperceptible "prism" of ki, the Hydian is able to concentrate said
   light into a swirling vortex, beautiful to behold, and almost
   mesmerizing.  Rather than a conventional beam or blast, this ability
   tends to addle and confuse the opponent, causing them to become
   disoriented and unable to defend themselves against the subsequent
   burst of invisible ki energy that usually follows.  Perhaps one of
   the Hydian's most alluring, and most dangerous abilities, this
   devastating attack brings the promise of true beauty just before a
   painful demise.
