   Prereq : Meteor Strike [75%], Double Dodon Ray [100%], Tri-Beam [50%]
   Type   : Melee
     This skill can knock opponents down.
     This is an in combat skill that can start fights.

     The Volleyball technique was developed by Tien Shinhan, and
     used primarily during the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament.
     By knocking the opponent off balance and 'bouncing' them in the air
     the user can setup a powerful, downward spike capable of burying
     their enemy in the earth.
