     Cost   : 1100 ki
     Type   : Melee
     This ability has a high critical chance.

     The deadly assassin, Hit, developed this ability in order
     to become the greatest assassin of his Universe. The Vital Point Attack
     uses a 'skip' in time in order for the user to deliver a calculated
     blow against their opponent's weak points. To the target, and other
     observers, the Kanassian doesn't appear to even move at all.
