   Prereq : Axehandle (100%), Powerup (100%), Third Attack(100%)
   Type   : Melee

   Vine Whip is a painful attack that can leave large welts on the target
   if the blows manage to land.  Flailing their limbs, a Vinian strikes
   with speed and precision, akin to a stinging slap.
