   Syntax : 'verdant bloom' [Target]
   Cost   : 1500 Ki / 20 Verdance
   Prereq : Aurora Flare[100%], Falling Sequoia[100%]
   Type   : Energy

   This is a powerful T5 for the Hydian race. Its damage is increased
   if you are on different sectors, like indoors vs outdoors or in the
   forest etc. And damage is reduced in non-outdoor or non-"green" type
   sectors.

   It also has a chance to do other effects based on which bloom armors
   you are using, see help bloomarmor.
